Breathtaking. Delicious. Outstanding. These words don’t even begin to describe the Waicoco Maui Restaurant, a world-class dining experience located right inside the Westin Kaanapali. First impressions mean everything and when you walk through the door into this beautiful restaurant your senses will immediately awaken. The décor creates a heart-warming ambiance.  Soft music fills the air and everything comes together perfectly.

This world-class restaurant is surrounded by an open-air oceanfront oasis with second-to-none views. It doesn’t matter what time of the day you visit, the view of the Pacific and two Hawaiian Islands, Molokai, and Lunai, are in your view. Imagine how lovely this is. Everything has been thoughtfully prepared so your experience is spectacular from sunrise to sunset. You will not be disappointed.

The talented chefs at Waicoco Maui Restaurant prepare culinary dishes from locally sourced foods from farmers and fishermen. Their goal is to expertly introduce guests to how food, drinks, and community should be experienced while dining in Maui. And they succeed in delighting their guests. The Avocado Toast is simple but they plate it in a way to make it extra special. Try the Garlic Sun Noodles or the Catch of the Day. Ask for the Hawaiian sweet rolls with infused butter with anything you order. They are always served warm and always hit the spot. Or another great starter on their menu is the Miso Sesame and Kula Greens, a unique Japanese-inspired appetizer created with Japanese cucumber, watermelon radish, Maui avocado, and wonton…it is refreshing!

There are so many wonderful items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A special kikes menu or a special family outing. Take a look at the tempting entrees. All are prepared with locally sourced ingredients, and with the most important ingredient of all love and aloha.
