After leaving the alpacas, you will walk to the bunny village, where you will meet some cuddly angora bunnies. Before the tour ends, you will also have the chance to experience a yarn-making demonstration and get some practice making wool.
Paniolo Picnics
We recommend setting aside plenty of time for your visit to the farm, and the Paniolo picnic is a perfect choice. These picnics are offered regularly, but you have to reserve the private tour ahead of time. The Paniolo picnic includes the farm tour’s activities, including a picnic lunch.
Lifestyle Adventure
One of the exclusive tours offered by Maui Alpaca is the lifestyle adventure. During this event, you will learn about the alpacas on the farm and how their fleece is turned into luxurious products. Once you have completed this unique adventure on the farm, you will fully understand how remarkable these animals are.
Trekking
Trekking is another fun adventure for those over the age of twelve. During this experience, you can take an alpaca for a walk throughout the slopes of Haleakala. You need to be able to walk on terrain that is quite hilly and uneven to participate in this adventure. In addition to your hike, you will have a chance to take photos with the alpaca and visit the bunny village for some snuggles.
