As their name implies, tasty Greek fare is their specialty. Day in and day out, they keep classic gyros, falafel, and everything in between on tap for your pure enjoyment. As if that’s not enough, they have all the best pasta favorites, including ravioli, lasagna, and linguine. If you’d like breakfast, they can do that, too, but only from 8 am to 11 am each day.
You will need to stay focused if you want to get a taste of all they’re serving up. They’re set up alongside about 10 other food trucks all vying for your attention. Once you get a whiff of their tasty rotisserie meats, it’ll be rather easy to stick to the plan. You just have to follow your nose to their truck and then hop in the line to start your journey toward all your Greek favorites.
Although you might have a bit of a wait ahead, it’s nice to have the extra time to look over all their menu items. Made fresh daily, their lemonade starts with a tart lemon base that’s plenty good enough on its own. Then, they take it to the next level with fresh strawberry puree to add a kick of sweetness to the mix.

Classic gyros are the way to go when you want rotisserie meats, fresh veggies, and flavorful sauces wrapped up in warm pita bread. To get this dish, you just have to decide between all their protein options, like beef, lamb, chicken, pork, shrimp, and fish. Then, let them know if you’d like fries or a small salad alongside and you’re good to go.
Cheese Ravioli
For cheese, cheese, and more cheese, get the Cheese Ravioli, for sure. This dish begins with cheese-stuffed ravioli cooked to perfection. Then, they sauté mushrooms and whip up their rich cheese sauce before tossing it all together with the ravioli.
Greek Omelette
The Greek Omelette lets you enjoy all the bright, bold flavors you love in an interesting package. To create this meal, your chef uses four eggs to create the perfect base before adding the fillings. Then, they pile on the beef and lamb, feta cheese, spinach, and tomatoes. Once that’s folded and flipped, more feta cheese goes over top right before serving.
