Located in the Lahaina, Maui, Kaanapali Golf Courses offers two golf courses and is the home to the Senior PGA Tour EMC Kaanapali Classic. The facility has two courses you may play: The Royal Kaanapali Course and the Kaanapali Kai Course. The area of Kaanapali was once home to the Royal Chiefs of Maui. Each course utilizes and honors this sacred past by intertwining Hawaiian history with the game of golf.

The Royal Kaanapali Course has historical plaques at each tee displaying the stories and history of Kaanapali and Maui’s proud past. As a golfer, you’ll need your A-game so you can focus because the breathtaking vistas will distract you! 

While golfing, you’ll see the islands of Lanai and Molokai off in the distance. The vast course will have you playing near the oceanside (Makai) and the West Maui Mountains (Mauka). The Kaanapali Kai Course rests on the vacation lands of the Royal Chiefs. When you’re on the fairways, you’ll tread where Maui royals played a form of yard bowling using round stones. The first tee is on the oceanside (Makai), and your game will meander toward the foothills of Mauka, also known as the West Maui Mountains. Stunning vistas, beautiful scenery, and backdrops await you on this course in paradise.
