Established in 2002, Milagros combines Maui-inspired flavors mixed with bold southwestern cuisine. The charismatic and personable staff makes all patrons feel welcome. In addition, some very talented bartenders work at this establishment. Ask them to create a fun agave margarita or anything else you can dream up. 

Milagros can be found on the business corner in the heart of Paia. It’s a great place to people watch and it’s also close to Lower Paia Park and Paia Bay. Outdoor, shaded seating is available. 

The menu is packed with tasty items and prices are reasonable. The restaurant is also very accommodating if you have special dietary needs. Find gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options. The fresh fish is also amazing and the portions are large. You can even share some items or just take part of your food with you for another meal.

Enchilada Fries
For an appetizer, consider these natural cut fries that are topped with housemade four chili enchilada sauce, onion, sour cream, tomatoes, jalapenos, and cilantro.

Loaded Black Bean Nachos
For another appetizer choice, try these nachos. Feast on crispy corn chips topped with black beans, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, jalapenos, olives, cilantro, guacamole, sour cream, and salsa. 

Soft Shell Tacos
Enjoy two tacos on white for tortillas. These are served with lettuce, house-made salsa, cheese, and cilantro. For filling, choose from blacked mahi-mahi, veggies, chicken, shredded pork, ground beef, or shrimp. Spanish rice, black beans, and guacamole are served on the side.

Fajitas
For fajitas, choose from veggies, grilled or blackened chicken breast, shrimp skewers, or mahi mahi. The fajitas come with sauteed peppers and onions and mushrooms that are finished with achiote glaze. On the side, find spanish rice, black beans, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, and warm flour tortillas.

“Cali Style” Beef Quesadilla
This Quesadilla is served on a 12″ flour tortilla that is stuffed with spiced ground beef, cheese, tomato, lettuce, pickle, onion, and a drizzle of chili mayo.

Enchiladas
This dish includes two enchiladas smothered in four red chili sauce. It’s topped with olives, cheese, tomatoes, and cilantro. Choices for filling include cheese, chicken, shredded pork, and ground beef. Black beans, Spanish rice, and sour cream are served on the side.

Organic Mixed Greens
If you are looking for a salad, there are many ways to customize this dish. It comes with organic mixed greens, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, carrots, onions, and housemade croutons. You can choose from sweet onion, ranch, sesame ginger vinaigrette, caesar, or oil and vinegar dressing. Add meat to make it a meal for an extra cost. Your choices are mahi-mahi, grilled or blackened chicken breast, chicken, shredded pork, or shrimp skewers.

The menu is rounded out with burgers and a fish sandwich. There are also options for kids. These include a cheese Quesadilla, bean and cheese burrito, chicken tenders, or a soft shell taco.

-Happy Hour is a great time to visit Milagros. It’s available from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Specials include $5 house red and white wine, house mai tais, and house margaritas, $4 draft beers or model or Tecate in the can, and a $6 daily happy hour food special.
-Be aware that parking can be challenging. If you come early before lunchtime, you may find a spot in a free lot. Otherwise, there is a lot just before the Post Office on Baldwin that might have space. The charge is $6 for two hours.
