The drink is shaken, not stirred, to combine fresh island fruit juices and spirits and poured ice-cold into a martini glass. Menu choices are Pacific Sunshine, Blue Bayou, and Fuzzy Navel.
Another adult beverage that is more like a dessert than a cocktail is their Island Ice Cream Spirits. These drinks feature Roselani Ice Cream, which is made in Maui, to create island-themed cocktails. Some choices are Monkey Pod, Dreamsicle, Pina Colada, and Neapolitan Delight, to list a few.
Naturally, they serve traditional cocktails that are island favorites. Lahaina Pizza Company is famous for its Mai Tai. They are the only location that adds Grand Marnier to the drink. It’s a huge hit with locals!
