They elevate the experience even more by serving all their delicious fare in a truly intimate poolside setting.

Each day, they start out by serving resort guests and all their other patrons an upscale breakfast. You can get the full spread if you’d like to sample it all or go with ala carte fare all your choosing. They have everything from their Three Egg Omelet and Old Fashioned Buttermilk Pancakes to Kalua Pig Benny and Seasonal Carved Fruit Platter.

Dinnertime brings out even more imaginative dishes, like Truffle Milk Bread, Kona Coffee Roasted Beets, and Vegetable Curry Laksa. The real magic is in enjoying their traditional fare, including their ever-popular “Street-Style” Huli Chicken. Every last item on their menu features the freshest ingredients around, obtained through their partnership with over 70 local farms.

If you want to elevate your meal even more, set your sights on their huge drink menu. Specialty cocktails are the star of the show with their bright tropical flavors, although they also have many high-end wine and beer offerings. Prefer to skip the alcohol? Definitely try their Mocktails instead. The Mango Lychee Soda lets you savor all the best bright tropical flavors, while the Hibiscus Mint is refreshing from the first sip to the very last.

No matter when you arrive, you can count on getting a gorgeous view of the oceanside past Wailea Beach. The best views happen during the sunset hour, of course, but there’s really no bad time to swing by. You’re also bound to enjoy the highest quality of service at every visit whether you’re coming in for breakfast, dinner, or just drinks and dessert.
