First Light Coffee and Juice Bar serves coffee, juices and pastries on-site at the Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort. If you’re staying at the hotel, this is the most convenient place to fuel up for the day.
The coffee options at First Light Coffee and Juice Bar are all fairly standard beverages, but they’re well-made as you’d expect at a quality resort. Get an espresso for its quick jolt or a redeye if you came in on last night’s flight. For something a little more delicate, baristas regularly decorate cappuccinos and lattes with artistic designs.
Of course, not all of the coffees at any Kauai coffee shop will be hot. If you need something a little cooler, the nitro cold brew is a guest favorite. Almost anything can be made blended or iced if you prefer, though.
Complementing the coffee beverages is an array of non-caffeinated juices that are all freshly pressed. Whether you’re looking for a sweet fruit concoction or a cleansing vegetable-heavy juice, you’ll find at least one (and likely more) good choice on the menu.
