A property wide painting project will take place at Maalaea Kai beginning July 8, 2024, and go through October 11, 2024. During this time there will be noise and debris surrounding the building with the majority of the disruption between August 5, 2024, through September 21st while stacks 9 through 13 are being worked on and painted. ------------------------------------ Enjoy panoramic oceanfront views from Maalaea Kai 311, 50 feet to the water! Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time.
