To start, you must choose two syrup flavors from their dozens of flavors, and then decide if you want to add toppings and bottoms. Over that, they pile on the ultra-soft shave ice before pouring on the pineapple and li hing mui syrups. Then, li hing mui powder goes over the top right before serving.
Tropical Fruit Waffle
For all the most popular island flavors in every last bite, get the Tropical Fruit Waffle. They start this dish by expertly preparing a huge Belgian waffle. After it’s done, they pile on the fresh strawberries, pineapple, and papaya plus any jelly or syrup you want.
