If you’re looking for a fresh take on shopping and dining, head over to North Kapaa to shop at the up-and-coming Noka Fair.

Located on the eastern shore of Kauai, NoKa (short for North Kapaa) Fair opened in 2019 and is the brainchild of experienced retailers and restauranteurs, Jasper Properties, LLC. The company renovated the Shack restaurant and used recycled and refurbished shipping containers as the shops. The result is an array of boutiques painted with eye-popping carnival colors. We’re confident that Noka Fair will become one of the most talked-about shopping areas on Kauai.

The brightly colored stores are near one another, and a boardwalk connects them, enabling customers to stroll from shop to shop. Aside from the vendor businesses, Noka Fair offers farm-to-table dining experiences and a farmer’s market.

Let’s explore some existing vendors at Noka Fair:

Although Noka Fair is still developing, we believe it’s well worth visiting when vacationing in Kapaa.
