When you’re in the mood for decadent pub grub with Hawaiian-American flair, you cannot go wrong with a trip over to Rob’s Good Times Grill. As a full-service bar, their drinks have just as much pizzazz as all the flavorful foods on their menu. Although they have craft brews of all kinds, their best beverages are the cocktails that treat you to all your favorite island flavors, like passion fruit, mango, and pineapple.

In addition to all their tasty food and drinks, this Kauai eatery also boasts a chill atmosphere, friendly service, and all the entertainment you could ever want. With more than 20 TVs lining all the walls, you can catch your favorite sports games. And it’s always a fantastic spot to get your fill of engaging conversation as well, especially since it’s so easy to make new friends at each visit.

As if that’s not enough, they offer live music, karaoke, trivia, and so much more. Their swing and club dancing events bring people in from far and wide, especially when popular DJs and musicians are playing their sets. If you’re not the dancing type, that’s okay. You’re welcome to chill in your seat and simply enjoy the show.

Since they’re located just minutes from the Lihue Airport, both tourists and locals wind up here in search of fantastic food, refreshing drinks, and fun times. Whether from the island or far away towns, all patrons enjoy warm Alohas thrown their way plus superb service from beginning to end of each visit.

You absolutely need to try their:

Mushroom Bombers
With a taste of the Mushroom Bombers, you’re going to be wondering just where they’ve been all your life. These imaginative apps start with mushrooms stuffed to the gills with imitation crab. Then, they swirl through a light tempura batter before taking a swim in the fryer until golden brown. A dazzling unagi sauce goes right over the top before the whole plate arrives piping hot and ready to eat.

BBQ Platter
When you’re looking for rich barbecue flavor, it’s the BBQ Platter that you want. This dish features a winning combo of chicken, ribs, and pork plus grilled corn along the side. In addition to all that, you get macaroni, rice, or a tossed salad with your choice of dressing. Their ranch is known as the best in the region, although the lilikoi vinaigrette is another solid choice.

House Poke Bowl
With its perfect blend of fresh flavors, the House Poke Bowl never fails to delight. They create this simple yet iconic dish with perfectly prepared poke, local greens, and kimchi. You get your choice of white or brown rice to bring all the flavors together and fill you up right.
