Founded in 2010 by Kristal Munich, Kauai Juice Poipu was created to provide medicinal herbs and tropical produce along with other healing products to the community and island guests. It initially began as a Kickstarter campaign to launch the initial brewing, bottling, and distribution of the brand’s exclusive juice. By 2014, Kauai Juice Poipu had broadened its menu, featured regular business hours, and established its first retail outlet.
While on this exciting journey, Kristal was blessed to meet her life partner, Dylan who happens to be a talented chef. Is there a more perfect match? Dylan became her business partner and the couple eventually married in 2013. Kristal recently gave birth to a daughter in 2020. Over the past decade, Kristial’s initial venture has evolved and blossomed into something beyond her wildest imagination. Today, Kauai Juice Poipu works in conjunction with dozens of farmers and has crafted hundreds of recipes customers love. The company currently boasts over 40 employees.
