Despite that health-centric mission, all their menu items come in huge, decadent portions. They put as many as four patties and four slices of cheese on their ultimate burger, for example. Plus, they serve all their dishes with rich, homemade dipping sauce for days. And even though their burgers are plenty big enough on their own, additional topping options abound. You can get yours with applewood-smoked bacon, sauteed mushrooms, grilled pineapple, and so much more.

To that, they add organic butter lettuce, pickle slices, onion, tomato slices, and their housemade sauce.
Fresh Fish Sandwich
For a taste of the freshest seafood around, don’t hesitate to go with the Fresh Fish Sandwich. They create this dish using the local catch of the day, filleted and grilled to perfection. Then, they put it on a toasted brioche bun topped with housemade sriracha sauce. Organic butter lettuce, tomatoes, and onion join the party to finish it off right.
House-Made Paniolo Chili
Available by the cup and the bowl, their House-Made Paniolo Chili promises to satisfy all your cravings in an instant. This dish features their grass-fed Big Island beef plus a ton of other secret ingredients. Although it’s delicious all on its own, you can add onions and cheddar cheese for an extra charge.
