When you want all the best flavors in absolutely every bite, you cannot go wrong with the Fried Rice “Bibimbap.” This delightful dish starts with a bed of fried rice, which then gets topped with Portuguese sausage, bacon, and fried potatoes. Housemade kimchee and an egg however you like it goes over the top along with a sprinkle of scallions to finish it off right.
A’Akukui Ranch Burger
Way more than just a regular ol’ cheeseburger, the A’Akukui Ranch Burger boasts a big flavor in every single bite. A large Kauai beef patty starts things off before the cheddar cheese joins the party and melts away on top. Once it’s done cooking, the patty and cheese go on a robust bun, and then lettuce, tomato, onion, and a housemade pickle land right on the top. Dijonnaise completes this picture of perfection by bringing all the flavors together.
Mud Pie
No matter when you come in for a bite to eat, the Mud Pie is always calling your name. This little slice of paradise features rich chocolatey mousse and whipped cream set on a macadamia nut crust. Then, they sprinkle even more macadamia nuts on the top along with chocolate and caramel sauce. Fresh strawberries and tropical flowers adorn the plate, reminding you to savor this delectable treat from the first to the last bite.
