FORC’s Chef Hess blends regional flavors with unique techniques to appease even the most discerning palate. The current menu is curated on warm and comforting dishes with fresh seafood, and four different steak preparations—including New York Strip, Petite Filet Mignon, the Ribeye, and the Prime Grade Tomahawk. Dutch Oven Specials are also available and include the Portuguese Chicken Leg, Chef’s Hawaiian Meal, and the Kona Cold Lobster. There are also kids’ meals including fish and rice, steak and rice, and mac and cheese.
