Kihei Garden Estates B-103, a ground level unit in Building B at Kihei Garden Estates, features a painted and polished concrete flooring and counters set the tone for tasteful, understated elegance, and no expense has been spared to create the ultimate home base for your Maui adventure. The kitchen features new, full-sized stainless appliances, and everything you'll need to prepare and serve your private island feast. Air conditioning in the living room, free WiFi, premium cable, and on-site laundry are among the conveniences. There is no AC in the bedroom, but the concrete floors and the airflow from the living room does a nice job of cooling the unit. A plush queen bed with luxury bedding combines with a comfortable new sleeper sofa to host four in consummate style and comfort. The bathroom was beautifully remodeled, with a gorgeous walk-in shower. Kihei Garden Estates is a low-key, low-density property set amongst Palm trees and a beautiful tropical garden setting, and features a large pool and hot tub. Walk to a dozen close-by restaurants, our favorite coffee shop on the island (Akamai), and a grocery store a half block away. Watch the sunsets from the close-by beach. This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time.
