Inside, everything is new, from the custom acrylic “moving ocean” counter designs to all new furnishings and art inspired by a Maui coastal theme. New paint, flooring, furniture, beds, and air conditioning units in every room are among the many highlights and owner touches. A large Smart TV in the living room, high-end mattress and bedding, and all new bathroom fixtures are among the upgrades. Lightning-fast internet is included. Comfort is the theme throughout, from a high-end sleeper sofa to the relaxing swivel and recliner chairs. There is plenty of dining space to comfortably seat six, and an appropriately appointed kitchen with all new dishes, flatware, and small appliances (blender, coffee maker, etc.). In the air-conditioned comfort, you will marvel at the original art, sourced from some of Maui's most talented local sources. Venture out to the beach with Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler in tow. Your free, assigned parking space is just outside the front door. The Palms at Wailea is located just a few blocks from the Shops at Wailea, home to an array of dining options, a full-service store and deli, coffee shops, ice cream, and world-class shopping options. Also nearby is the beautifully paved Wailea Beach path, which takes you beachside for several miles. It is a fantastic way to start or end the day! These units are managed by Vacation-Maui, one of the island's premiere vacation rental management companies. Close-by and responsive to all issues, Vacation-Maui has over 2,000 5-Star guest reviews.
