There is no front desk at this property. The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in location: [Olde Gatlinburg Rentals, 306 Baskins Creek Road, Gatlinburg, TN]. Guests will receive an email 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside these hours must contact the property at least 48 hours in advance to receive late check-in instructions. If guest arrives after the office has closed, there will be an envelope taped to the office door with directions on how to get their keys. The guest can then come down the next morning to register and check in.
